Medak customises a complete solution that facilitates the recruitment process. This means that we deal with those issues that apply to the whole family’s requirements and needs to, as smoothly as possible, move into a new environment. It could be a question of schools/child care, housing issues, and to be given a guided tour of the surrounding areas on what we refer to as a pre-visit.

The accompanying spouse or partner is given the opportunity of coming into contact with Medak’s employers’ network by registering their CV in Medak’s CV-bank and member companies thereby have access to a rich source of competence. The accompanying spouse or partner can be offered career coaching , help with their CV and a certain amount of study guidance (particularly applies to accompanying spouses/partners from other countries).

Medak has produced an Internet-based handbook – The Medak Handbook - that can be a great help to members’ personnel administrators and not least of all for people moving here from other countries and cultures. The handbook deals with Sweden and Swedish people’s habits and customs and at the same time, it provides information on links relating to laws, rules and regulation that can be good to know about when preparing for a move to Sweden.
