Annica Möcander is an economist with long experience within banking and IKEA, where she worked with both business and competence development. Today she is an ICF coach and runs the People & Business Coaching company, where she offers professional coaching, lectures and training for companies and organisations. Her leisure time she prefers to spend with her family and good friends. You might also run into her at the Lions Flea Market in Tingsryd where she works as a volunteer now and then. Annica coaches through personal meetings, via telephone or Skype.

Uppvidinge - Lena Gustafsson
Medak’s collaborative partner in Åseda is called Lena Gustafsson, an ACC certified coach who also holds courses and inspirational lectures for operational development. The service of telephone coaching is supplied by Lena which can be extremely practical if the mover or client lives a long way away. In her leisure time Lena likes to relax at home in the garden or can be seen engaged in local club activities. For example, in the stables of Åseda Riding Club, where at the present time, she is chairman.
